We are seeking a commercial and tech savvy Sales Manager to work in our highly successful Sales (Amplify) team. This is a sole contributor role where the exceptional professional will sell programmatic and IO-based video advertising to agencies, ATDs, DSPs and brands directly.
【A day in the life】
・Develop, manage and grow relationships with agencies, agency trading desks, DSPs and brands direct to support Smartvideo as the leading Contextual Video Platform
・Educate buyers on the programmatic video ecosystem and ways to transact with Outbrain through Private Marketplaces
・Collaborate with Publisher Sales & Account Management on supply strategies for demand partners
・Educate and cooperate with the local Sales Team
・Track to quarterly and annual revenue goals
・Contribute to overall company strategy, problem solving, and culture.
・Represent the compa at industry functions and tradeshows.

- 求められるスキルは
-
必須 ・At least 5 years agency/ATD sales experience in digital video advertising with a deep understanding of the programmatic video ecosystem
・BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business, related field or commensurate experience
・Rolodex and strong relationships within agency trading desks, agencies, DSPs and direct brands
・Proven track record establishing, developing, and executing key programmatic partnerships
・Strong track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills
・Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, smart-working, able to drive multiple projects to completion
High energy, positive attitude, adaptable, team player
・Fluent in English & Japanese歓迎 ・Experience & ability to manage multiple projects and to balance competing objectives; the ability to define and deliver on expectations and balance customer needs with business priorities
・Proven success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externally
・Office and home hybrid working
・Close to Ebisu station (5 mins walk from JR Ebisu, 2 mins walk from Tokyo Metro Ebisu station).
