Assist with operational and administrative tasks related to campus recruiting, adhering to tight deadlines.
Participate in managing the selection processes for new staff at the new graduate level for campus recruiting.
Provide support for campus recruiting activities across various business lines and areas, both domestically and internationally.
Execute defined procedures, conduct analyses, organize marketing events, and prepare reports.
Evaluate risks associated with business decisions, with a focus on safeguarding the firm's reputation and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 必須 Business-level English / Japanese bilingual capability is a must
Strong Data Analytical Skills utilizing Excel and relevant systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook) and HR related systems
Demonstrated multi-tasking skills under tight deadlines and pressure
Strong communication skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders
Quick learner with proactive manner
2-4 years of relevant experience
