Key Roles/Responsibilities
● Conduct planning based on market analysis (market size, trends, dynamics).
● Develop product strategies and action plans to achieve target amounts.
● Formulate short-term and mid-to-long-term business plans and marketing plans.
● Create plans aligned with the directions of Global/Area (America, Asia, etc.).
● Monitor KPI and performance, revising plans as necessary.
● Manage the product portfolio comprehensively from a positioning and profit perspective.
● Actively plan and execute promotions utilizing digital tools.

必須 Qualifications & Experience:
● Experience in medical device marketing; sales experience is also preferred.
● Business-level English skills: opportunities to communicate and present in English with other countries.
