Provide pre and post sales support for customers related to the specific product that is handled.・Promote company technology with practical expertise.
・Provide on-site support for company tool evaluation and troubleshooting.
・Build technical relationships with customers for long-term satisfaction.
・Identify and prioritize customer technical requirements and challenges.
・Conduct testing and provide insights for product improvements.
・Adjust priorities based on changing customer environments.

必須 ・Experience in the semiconductor industry with a deep understanding of IC manufacturing processes.
・Practical experience with Post Tape Out flows using major EDA (Electronic Design Automation) tools.
・Strong ability to learn and explore new technologies, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
・Capable of characterizing and implementing scripts, libraries, and other features necessary for the successful deployment of tools and flows.
・Proficiency in scripting languages such as Tcl/Tk, Python, or equivalent.
・Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments.
・Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a fast-paced team environment, delivering projects with high quality and within deadlines.
