This role focuses on acquiring new project work and software license business from potential customers while driving sales growth for existing accounts. It also involves managing key accounts, handling license renewals and price adjustments, and identifying customer challenges in powertrain, exhaust systems, and vehicle system modeling with CAE.
・Develop and execute sales strategies for customers in the West/Chubu regions of Japan
・Lead sales meetings to promote new licenses and project-based solutions
・Ensure timely renewal of contracts from existing customers
・Conduct 3–5 business meetings per week with new and existing customers, either in person or via Teams
・Drive user growth by acquiring new licenses and project work
・Track and manage sales activities in the CRM, reporting to the Business Development Manager
・Facilitate contract negotiations, order processing, and invoicing, coordinating with internal teams and customers

必須 ・Business Development experience in the automotive, motorcycle and machinery industries
・Strong direct sales experience
・Previous work experience in a manufacturing or software development company within the mobility industry
