- Tesla is looking for a Consumer Engagement & Contents Specialist to support the marketing organization with various responsibilities / project management including marketing content creation, copywriting for marketing campaigns and events, proofreading and copyediting translations for global digital products in Japan. The position is based in Tokyo and reports to the Marketing team member.

• Work with other Marketing team members to develop targeted marketing plans with a coherent integration of marketing tactics, digital, CRM, event and PR activities to achieve business goals
• Assist in the development, management, implementation and preparations of a comprehensive campaign and event calendar with centralized tracking of all regional marketing events including test drive events, lead generation events, brand partnership events and external corporate events
• Initiate and manage marketing content creative projects for promotional materials, videos/photos, digital event pages, and customer communication/retention (i.e. external newsletters, emails, letters and social media posting) to engage existing leads and create new leads
• Create email marketing campaigns to promote products. Track and analyze direct and interactive marketing campaigns
- 求められるスキルは
-
必須 • Minimum 3-5 years experience in marketing content, copywriting, copyediting for translated marketing materials, journalism, communications and/or digital marketing. Experience in the automobile industry would be a plus
• BA or Master in communications, journalism, marketing or other related degree with proven track experience
• Interest in automobile, EV, technology and/or sustainability
• Driver's license and driving skills valid in Japan
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in Japanese and English
• Excellent copywriter in Japanese
• Maintain a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial work ethic that is required to drive business outcomes

試用期間中は「契約社員」ですが、給与・待遇は本採用後と変わりません。

- 給与はどのくらい貰えるか

年俸制500万円～ ※1/12 を月々支給
上記には、固定残業代月額7.4万円～（40時間分）が逆算されて含みます。時間超過分については別途支給いたします。 - 待遇・福利厚生は
