Primary Responsibilities
● Collaborate with the Marketing Director to plan and execute sales strategies.
● Drive initiatives to enhance the value of the company brand.
● Maintain regular communication with the U.S. headquarters, sharing the needs of the Japanese market.
● Build relationships, exchange information, and conduct events with domestic Key Opinion Leaders
● Procure promotional materials, negotiate and manage relations with suppliers.
● Generate leads at seminars and exhibitions, followed by follow up and measuring effectiveness.
● Strengthen collaboration with internal departments, especially the sales team, to optimize marketing activities
● Analyze the market and segments, suggesting optimization of marketing strategies. - 求められるスキルは

必須 Required Skills Experience
● Over 5 years of experience in marketing, and in the medical device or diagnostic equipment industry.
● Over 5 years of experience in product marketing of medical instruments or analytical instruments.
● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
● Experience using CRM (especially Salesforce.com).
● Business level English proficiency.
● Strong analytical and project management skills.
● Ability to drive tasks independently and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
● Bright and proactive communication skills.
Language Skills:
Business Level English - Required for communication with U.S. Headquarters歓迎 Preferred Skills & Experience:
● Marketing experience in the biotechnology sector.
