Logistics Management: Coordinate interviews and manage offer processes.
Continuous Dialogue: Organize post-interview feedback sessions with interview teams and candidates.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on innovative recruiting techniques.

必須 Talent Acquisition Experience: Minimum 4 years of progressive talent acquisition experience with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese, with the ability to adapt communication style as needed.
