Responsibilities:
Ensure sales and profits of orthopedic implants and related products meet targets.
Oversee stable supply and safe use of products, coordinating with relevant departments.
Collaborate closely with German headquarters and Asia-Pacific, aligning global strategies with Japan's needs.
Understand product status, promote their benefits, and plan events/tools accordingly.
Build strong relationships with doctors, provide academic information, and introduce new products.
Develop and execute sales plans, including new product launches.
Formulate and implement medium to long-term strategies.
Duties:
Manage products with a focus on their life cycle (PLC).
Maintain ongoing communication with KOLs and identify new ones.
Promote sales to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff in various medical facilities.
Acquire and propose relevant academic information.
Plan and execute events to drive sales promotion. - 求められるスキルは

必須 Experiences:
● Over 3 years of marketing experience in the healthcare industry (medical field experience preferred).
Knowledge & Skills:
● Proficient in basic Word and Excel operations.
General:
● Bachelor's degree or higher.
● Business-level English proficiency.
