What you will be expected in this position:
- Successfully complete projects in line with set KPI’s (time, cost & quality).
- Lead, manage and organize construction projects with a high level of professionalism and according to company policies, standards and local legislation.
- Coordinate construction projects from start to finish (design intent, site survey, value engineering, risk assessment, budget setting, time planning, permits, ordering of M&E, design, tendering, construction follow up, hand over to facility & final invoicing) for H&M & other brands of the Group. - 求められるスキルは

必須 ● Business/Fluent Level English
● Native/Advanced Level Japanese
● 1-3 years of Construction/Store Development/PM or related Experience
● Passion and drive to work in apparel industry
